Flock feature: Guest profile enhancement
Our latest improvement has stemmed from wanting to create an easier way for guests to network, as well as us wanting to provide more data to event managers to improve the event experience for their guests. The years of not being able to get vital information about your guests are over, and we have enhanced the features on our app to make it easier than ever to get it.
When guests log into your event app, they can be prompted to sign in with their email addresses, as well as then be given 2 or 3 questions to answer so guests are able to improve their profiles within the app – this can be things like Job Title, Industry, what they are looking for, and what they offer to others. This is a really great tool which improves their networking as other attendees can learn more about them. It also equips the event organiser with data to profile the guests and make future events more suited to the crowd.
